This is a letter written by “Random Poster,” a commenter at Political Cartel regarding the invitation by ASI for George W. Bush to speak at Harding University. It is ABOUT TIME someone told Harding exactly where it can shove its Republican butt-kissing reputation.
Sorry. I am incapable of being eloquent when it comes to “my” university perpetuating the horrific, damaging, blasphemous stereotype that you have to be a staunch republican to get into Heaven.
I’ve got this feeling that Dr. Burks and the Harding Administration glanced over this, shrugged their collective shoulders, and gave a Cheney “meh” before shredding it. Harding prides itself on its partisanship.
Just a feeling I’ve got. Perhaps I’m wrong.

For the record, I agree, more or less, with you accusations.
No, no reply from Dr. Burks, from Harding, or from anyone associated/employed therewith.
